Account Executive

Tierra Networks Technologies Inc (TNTI)is looking for an Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities (via phone, email, and using lead generation tools) and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the Sales Officer to ensure that the company’s sales goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities (leads) using cold calling and cold email techniques
  • Contact and qualify potential new customers via phone and email
  • Set appointments with potential leads for company introduction and discovery call
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities

Requirements and skills

  • Previous cold calling and cold email experience for the purpose of generating new leads is a requirement for this role
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Previous experience in IT is an advantage.
